We are presently accepting resumes for an accountant position with a family-owned company with diverse real estate holdings. If you have at least two years of accounting experience and have recently utilized QuickBooks, please read further.
Duties include:

• GL account reconciliations and entries in a wide variety of areas such as fixed assets, depreciation, revenue accounts.
• Liaison with internal and external attorney’s, auditors, tax professionals regularly.
• Budget variance to actual research and reporting.
• Business licenses and filing of corporate, real estate documents with county clerks’ office.

Job Requirements

• B.S. Degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Two or more years’ experience in corporate accounting or public accounting with experience in QuickBooks
• Familiarity with trusts and estates (1041, 706) preferred but not required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
