Seagate Hotel and Spa is Hiring a Steward (The Seagate Beach Club) Near Delray Beach, FL

Steward/Dishwasher Responsibilities:

• Wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Polish all silverware and platters.
• Collect trash from kitchen areas; empties garbage barrels, wash, and reline with new bags.
• Examine garbage for silverware, dishes, and glassware.
• Wash and polish all stainless steel in the kitchen, including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee areas, refrigerators, walk-ins, etc.
• Wash or clean the receiving area and trash areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Clean dish machine after each meal period.
• Perform other tasks such as assisting in food preparation, putting away deliveries, cleaning coolers, freezes, and storerooms.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs comfortably.
• Assists with other duties as instructed by Sous and Executive Chef.
