Service Technician - Electric/Telcom

Seacom Communications Systems is seeking an experienced technician or electrician to service and install structured cabling and electronic hardware associated with data networks, wireless, access control, surveillance cameras, av equipment and other electronic systems. This position requires the individual to possess the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot system issues using a variety of resources i.e. test equipment, equipment manuals, system diagrams, mfg. websites, and communicate effectively with vendor technical support, and supervisors to resolve technical issues, if necessary. The applicant must demonstrate the desire and ability to organize work assignments, complete tasks in a timely manner, and document work performed. High school or equivalent education, Virginia Driver’s License and drug screen are required. An EOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
