Seacoast Church is Hiring a Care Groups Coordinator, Mount Pleasant Campus Near Mount Pleasant, SC
Location: Mount Pleasant This position reports to: Care Ministry Leader/Pastor The mission: The Administrative support at Seacoast is critical to the development of effective ministries that help others Find God, grow their faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. While this role often takes place behind the scenes, it is indispensable, and it provides the support necessary to empower the church to provide the care and support people need.
Key Responsibilities:
Care Team Administrative Support
Be proactive and available to support the Care Ministry Leader and Care Groups.
Email, phone, calendar, logistics support, along with other requests as needed
Support administrative and logistical function of Care Groups, Ministries and Events such as Freedom, Rooted, DivorceCare, Griefshare, FPU, Celebrate Recovery, and more
Manage room reservations, event/course registrations, and ministry database
Manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities and provide information in a timely and effective manner
Support weeknight Care Ministry events, as needed
Be available to provide support to campuses regarding Rooted & Freedom, as needed
Assist with the planning and administration of the bi-annual Freedom Retreat
Assist with special projects as directed by supervisor.
Job Essentials:

Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
Computer Whiz: Advanced Microsoft Office user and knowledgeable with basic computer functions along with willingness to learn new computer applications and programs
Must exercise absolute trustworthiness
Long-range planning, multitasking, attention to detail, and flexibility.
Timely and respectful communication with other ministries, public, and volunteers is also a must.
Spiritually & emotionally healthy. Attend an entire service weekly, participate in a small group, and take a weekly Sabbath for spiritual/emotional refreshment (recommended Friday when ministry offices are closed).
Be a team player: collaborate and build rapport across teams and departments to work together toward a common goal. Be available as needed to assist with larger events that require team involvement.
