Position Title: Receptionist

Reports to: Sales Manager

Status: Full-time Hourly/Non-Exempt

Seachrome is looking for a Receptionist–someone who has a positive attitude, takes initiative, is organized and detailed, and possesses great communication skills.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·Greets walk in clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.

·Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.

·Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

·Manage and maintain office supplies.

·Performs administrative and clerical support tasks to Account Manager Team.

·Performs basic printing, filing, scanning, recordkeeping, and general office duties.

·Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

·High School Diploma (HS) or equivalent required

·At least 1 year of administrative experience

·Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook required.

·Ability to work well with others in an office and manufacturing shop environment, possess good work ethics, and a positive attitude.

·Demonstrate excellent organizational, customer service, time management, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
