Job Summary:
Our construction company is seeking 4-5 skilled laborers to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction in an efficient, safe, and productive manner. This position will require you to be physically active and work in outdoor conditions in Florida heat for portions of your day. If you do not have a vehicle, transportation to jobsites can be provided but employees must find their own way to warehouse in morning to meet and ride to daily project location. Projects occur throughout the panhandle region.

Apprenticeship and Internship Opportunities:
If you are just starting in the labor market or are looking to gain experience in the construction field, we are willing to train the right candidates in various trades including carpentry, window glass installation, tile laying, masonry, cabinet/fixture installation, drywall, etc. The positions of apprentice and intern have potential for promotion given the workflow at the time of consideration and company need.

Duties:
- Meet at warehouse and assist with loading daily inventory to be taken to site
- Ensure jobsite has safety tarps placed under windows before demo/install begins
- Remove demo debris from under windows and place in bin
- Assist crew with the removal and installation replacement of windows
- Follow behind crew with window trimming materials
- Cleanly caulk in the seals around new windows and trim
- Wrap up safety tarps containing all debris within
- Sweep and vacuum any remaining debris ensuring location is left clean

Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to perform all job duties listed above
- Must be punctual, arrive on-time, and finish within the project timeline
- Proficiency [or willing to gain proficiency] in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in hot outdoor climate, stand for long periods, and lift at least 50lbs
