Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Property Services Team Member to join our expanding team in North Myrtle Beach. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our rental properties through routine maintenance, inspections, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve maintenance issues at rental properties, including but not limited to Wi-Fi troubleshooting, battery replacements, and minor repairs.
• Conduct thorough inspections of properties post-guest checkout to assess and document any damages or issues.
• Deliver essential bags containing items for incoming guests to various properties as needed.
• Utilize a smartphone and task management apps to document work orders and maintenance activities accurately.
• Engage with guests when necessary to address their maintenance-related concerns.
• Work effectively under the direction of the Head of Property Services to prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must own a reliable vehicle for transportation between multiple properties.
• Possess a smartphone and be adept at using various mobile applications for task management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle maintenance tasks independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to prioritize urgent tasks.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving items as needed.
• Guest interaction skills with a focus on service excellence.
• Experience in maintenance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
