Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Expeditor to join our team. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food orders in our establishment. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Duties:
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of each order before it is sent out
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
- Assist in food preparation and plating when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
- Help resolve any issues or complaints regarding food orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff, servers, and management
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order preparation and delivery
- Familiarity with banquet or restaurant operations is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
