Busy rental office is looking for a self-motivated and personable full-time property inspector to join our team. This position requires someone who is detailed oriented, has decent computer and typing skills. Approximately 60% of this position will be performed outside of office and the remaining 40% in office communicating with owners, tenants, and vendors. Must have a valid driver's license. Experience using Appfolio and inspector cloud is a plus but not a deal breaker. Willing to train suitable candidate. Monday - Friday.
