Duties:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals in their homes or residential facilities
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support strategies
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social outings
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status to supervisors
- Ensure a clean and organized living space for individuals
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
-Must have experience using a computer for documentation purposes.
-Must have have a High School Diploma or GED
-Must have a clean criminal background
-Must be willing to work flexible shifts
-Must be professional, compassionate and willing to learn.
-Must have a valid driver's license
