JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking passionate individuals who are ready to launch their sales careers as Sales Consultants at Sea Bright Solar! If you are eager to grow personally and professionally and want to join one of the most trusted solar companies in the nation, then apply today!

You Will:

• Represent the face and voice of Sea Bright Solar, advising and educating homeowners on their solar & utility options.
• Schedule appointments and provide in-home consultations to present our comprehensive and customizable products and services.
• Proactively network by encouraging customer referrals and regularly follow-up with potential leads.
• Forge new relationships and pursue sales opportunities by employing a door-to-door approach within the designated region.
• Own ambitious yet achievable individual and team sales targets, driving success for yourself and for those around you every day.
• Receive comprehensive training, equipping you with the knowledge, tools, resources, and ongoing support from day one.

• You possess a passion for sales and customer service, regardless of whether you are an entry-level or senior-level professional.
• You thrive on challenges and have an inherent drive for success, motivating yourself to achieve goals.

Physical Abilities & Requirements:

• Must be able to drive without restrictions and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to frequently walk or stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to travel regionally 90 – 100% of the time.
• Must be able to work from home/remotely.
• Must be able to work in varying high to low temperatures in outdoor settings.
