- Manage a team of warehouse workers during the night shift
- Ensure that all orders are picked, processed and shipped on time
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of prior experience in warehouse management
- Forklift, pallet jack and order picker experience is a must
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
