Highlights for your next career move:

• Manage and own MRO Purchasing from starting with requisition and ending with receipt for specific clients
• Handle transaction negotiations directly with clients offering top-notch customer service all while within timeline of preferred supplier strategy
• Develop and drive countermeasures for underperforming key processes and/or material suppliers
• Maintain transaction service metrics in an inbound call center environment
• Review and handle all invoice exceptions associated with purchasing and the expediting of open orders
• Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and other involved departments to resolve purchasing related issues and offer resolutions
• Proactively communicate with suppliers when delivery dates are approaching and with field team relative to tracking orders, shipments, troubleshooting, and responding to all other questions

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annual
The skills you’ll contribute to our diverse team:

• Bachelor’s degree OR if you do not have a degree, extensive MRO/Indirect purchasing experience works as well
• MRO/Indirect purchasing is required
• Able to collaborate in a client driven environment as this role will be highly customer service driven.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of ERP purchasing software
