SDF Capital LLC is Hiring a Junior Acquisitions Specialist Near New Rochelle, NY

IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE APPLYING:

This is an in-office position, and we are:

  • Conveniently located off I-95
  • Two blocks from the Metro North railroad
  • Situated in the heart of Downtown New Rochelle, NY
  • Ability to commute/relocate: New Rochelle, NY 10804 (reliably commute at most 45 minutes or planning to relocate before starting work).

Reports To: Director/CEO/COO

Compensation: $24,000/yr. 3% net profit Health Insurance for Employee

Hours are:
M: 2 pm – 8 pm
T: 9 am – 6 pm
W: 9 am – 1 pm & 3 pm – 8 pm
TH: 9 am – 1 pm & 3 pm – 8 pm
F: 9 am – 5 pm
First and third Saturdays of the month

We are one of New Rochelle, NY's top real estate investment firms, looking for a Junior Acquisition Specialist (sales associate) to join our team. The team is growing quickly, and this person will be groomed to take over the purchasing side of the business that supports and sustains this team.

The ideal candidate will be driven, have a strong work ethic, be competitive and focused, and will work hard. Are you sales-driven? Then we must speak with you today! This individual will experience growth and leadership opportunities!

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound call and talk to all leads in the queue.
  • Overcome objections on the phone.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments.
  • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects.
  • It would be best to be driven and have the mindset to want more financially.
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.

Qualifications:

  • Quick on your feet
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Solid phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Be a team player who thrives on working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 per year
