SD Sport Cards Inc. is a San Diego based trading cards and collectibles store. Since 2020, we have developed a strong ecommerce business and have recently opened a new local card shop in Poway. We specialize in sports cards and sports memorabilia but also sell other popular trading cards such as Pokémon and Magic. As we grow we are looking to expand our team of sports enthusiasts. Knowledge/experience with trading cards and sports is a big plus.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join the team at our new store and help us promote the company's products. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented and capable of working independently without much supervision. The right candidate will be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers by implementing Dollar General's customer-centric philosophy.
• Answer customers' questions about products and services.
• Greet customers as they enter and leave the store.
• Demonstrate, operate, set up, and maintain equipment (e.g., cash registers).
• Perform cash handling tasks such as processing customer payments.
• Work with supervisor/manager to ensure that goals are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
