Opportunity Overview

SD Solutionsseeks a Program Analyst to join our team in support of a project with theDepartment of Homeland Security (DHS) – U.S. Customs and Border Protection(CBP) – Border Protection, Air & Marine (BPAM) – Program Management Office(PMO). The Program Analyst will provide data analytics and data management ofcritical project information as it pertains to the larger real propertyportfolio. This individual will work as part of a larger team to provide directanalytical support, QC/QA activities, detail reporting and risk management assistance.This position is located onsite in eitherEuless TX, Indianapolis IN, Washington DC, or Laguna Niguel CA. Some teleworkmay be available.

Responsibilities Include

·Work personnel BackgroundInvestigations for Rapid Vetting and perform all tasks related to coordination,tracking, and reporting on the progress of the investigations

·Provide acquisition support throughassisting Project Managers in coordinating acquisition activities, such as thedevelopment of requirement documents (SOW/SOO/PWS), Market Research/AoA, andCost Estimation.

·Provide program-level analysis andreporting support of construction projects, infrastructure sustainment, maintenance,repair, and operational costs. Shall provide reporting elements to assist inthe decision-making process, as well as provide senior management withvisibility into program performance.

·Coordinate and participate in realproperty management activities and develop/update monthly reporting foraccurate program asset tracking. Contractor shall track inventory, update allreal property inventory, and ensure all property documentation is properlyupdated.

·Support the execution of projectfrom initiation to close by performing project reporting, QA/QC of Project RequirementsDocuments (PRDs), managing data in various databases, reviewing changerequests, reviewing/drafting IAAs, and assembling various presentations asneeded.

·Support the effectiveidentification, addressing and monitoring of existing and future risks relatedto current project initiatives by performing risk assessments related toperformance, schedule and costs, providing risk baselines and managingcontingency and risk mitigation execution, prepping risk reports and monitoringthe effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements Overview

·Minimum of 5 years ofexperience;

·Bachelors' Degree ispreferred, or equivalent years of experience is preferably in Business/DataAnalytics;

·Ability to work wellwith teammates in a fast-paced environment that is deliverable driven;

·Ability to analyticallybreak down large collections of data, and be able to provide meaningfultrends/stories to provide the client the ability to perform better data drivendecisions

·Able to work autonomously and provide expert level support and guidanceon focus areas

·Experience working on geographically dispersed contracts andprojects and has provided effective management of contract stakeholders;

·Experience and solid workingknowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and experience withAccess preferred;

·Required to follow theExecutive Order 14042 mandate regarding COVID vaccination and clientrequirements to ensure compliance.

·DHS experience

·Hold a current, activeCBP or DHS Public Trust suitability background investigation

·Experience workingwithin the government
