Position: Handyman Location: Augusta, GA

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure tenant satisfaction and property safety.
• Collaborate with property management teams to prioritize and coordinate repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized inventory of tools and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their concerns with professionalism.
• Make recommendations for improvements to enhance property value and tenant experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or similar role.
• Proficiency in various maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
