New boutique fitness studio opening in Worcester on busy Shrewsbury Street! Offering mat Pilates, barre, and yoga classes. We seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading pilates classes and providing guidance to participants of all skill levels. If you have a strong background in Pilates and a bonus if you are also certified in barre or yoga to teach fusion classes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct Pilates group classes focusing on proper form and technique
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants
- Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different skill levels and abilities
-Check in members when a front desk staff is not scheduled.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging Pilates sequences
- Assist with program design and development of specialized Pilates classes
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space. Must be able to open studio independently if working opening shift.

Experience:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Certification as a mat Pilates Instructor
- Experience teaching mat Pilates
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with participants
- Experience in program design and personal training is preferred
- Previous experience in fitness sales or social media is an asset.
