We are in search of a FT problem solver that is adaptable and crazy about the details. If dotting I’s and crossing T’s gets you up in the morning, you’ve never seen a problem as an excuse and you love an ever growing list of boxes to check, you may be a good candidate for the Business Operations Administrator.

This role helps to keep our machine running smoothly and coordinates with most every department within the company. You will need to bring a Grade A level of capacity with a desire to juggle (effectively) many responsibilities at a time.

You will have a hand in the following business functions:

Finance, HR, Technology, Marketing, NLP (our real estate company) and other assignments as

You will report to the VP.

What You Bring?

Must Have’s:

  • Payroll Experience: Submitting, approving, logging, payroll transactions
  • Canva Wizard
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, whether internal or customer-facing.
  • Responsibility and Accountability: Adhere to and uphold our company's standards and performance expectations, holding yourself to the highest quality standards.
  • A Teachable/Coachable mindset

Nice to Have’s:

  • AP/AR experience
  • QuickBooks: Proficiency or Wizard
  • Prior experience interacting with insurance agencies for payment
  • Some remote working ability
  • Google Suite applications experience
  • Good Jokes

What We Provide:

  • Salary Range: 45-55K/yr
  • FT employment in a fun, drama free environment
  • Salary paid bi-monthly
  • PTO—2 weeks 1st year
  • Holiday and Sick pay
  • 90 day review, then yearly
  • Training as necessary
  • Opportunity to make us better
