*Please note - this is a Temporary position*

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, performs a variety of functions necessary to keep all Credit Union properties in good working condition, well maintained and free from safety hazards. Additional duties to include meeting vendors, delivering items interoffice providing support to co-workers as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Clean branch locations as instructed

· Perform minor repairs in branch locations, report issues to supervisor for further action

· Complete minor repairs such as replacing lights bulbs, timers, etc.

· Load and unload deliveries and move to supply areas.

· Monitor branches for landscaping, janitorial, HVAC, carpet, elevator, and snow removal. Perform work required seasonally to keep locations looking pristine and safe.

· Travel between locations as needed

· Respond to telephone calls from employees requiring assistance

· Monitor supplies needed for locations (paper towel, tissue, trash bags, cleaning supplies)

· Work with vendors as required

· Perform various other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some knowledge of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems helpful
• Desire to work hard
• Must maintain a driver’s license, have a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and address all matters in a professional manner
• Ability to be flexible towards time management completing given tasks.
