SUMMARY 

The Application Delivery and Support Analyst will have an understanding of how systems work together to accomplish the Credit Union’s goals. The analyst will also back up the Core Systems Analyst and Digital Banking Analyst.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

· Creating SQL reporting and scheduling reports through the Credit Union’s core reporting system. 

· Evaluate, test, and implement scheduled 3rd party vendor software upgrades / releases.

· Works collaboratively with all teams across the organization to provide support/guidance on function, features and usage of their applications.

· Communicates with appropriate personnel when program errors are discovered, programming changes, release updates, and new features by following appropriate change management procedures.

· Gain solid understanding of the business process, workflows and data requirements for each supported application.

· Document technical specifications, procedures, and other requirements to support each application.

· Develop deep understanding of applications, supporting infrastructure, systems integration, business process, workflows and data requirements for each supported application.

· Work with other IT areas to define application architecture and implement general best practices.

· Utilize knowledge of technological systems and industry standards to analyze current processes to design, develop, implement, and support new core banking solutions or enhancements to existing solutions, maximizing efficiencies throughout the organization.

· Establishes relationships with vendors to address support issues, request new features and implement new products.

· Plan and develop use-case test plans and perform testing.

· Works closely with business units to gather requirements and develop solutions for new processes, new features, and address support issues. 

· Triage problems and resolve issues. Provide root cause analysis for problems and measures to mitigate future occurrences.

· Provide on-call support for critical applications.

Requirements

· Minimum of five years supporting software and applications 

· Excellent computer and technical skills

· Bachelor’s or associate degree or related experience

· Report Builder experience desired

· SQL query and report writing required

· Extensive QA skills

· Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills required

· Must be willing to gain additional knowledge through self-education and by proactively engaging with others

· Must be a cooperative team play with the ability to work independently
