Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Kickz4Kidz Program Coach to lead our seasonal camps and after-school activities. This role is perfect for someone who excels in both administrative duties and active child engagement, with a strong focus on maintaining disciplined and positive behavior among participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning: Develop and oversee engaging summer, spring, and fall camps, as well as after-school activities, ensuring a blend of fun and learning.
• Activity Leadership: Actively engage children in games and activities, maintaining a high-energy, positive environment.
• Behavioral Management: Communicate effectively and professionally with both parents and students regarding behavioral issues, ensuring clear, respectful, and constructive discussions.
• Administrative Duties: Keep accurate records for all clients in the Kickz4Kidz program, managing registrations, schedules, and parent communications efficiently.
• Marketing Initiatives: Promote the program through outreach activities, including setting up promotional booths at local schools to drive engagement.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in working with children in a structured setting.
• Strong capability in managing and resolving behavioral issues with tact and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and leadership skills.
• High level of enthusiasm for developing children’s physical and personal skills.
• Effective communication skills with both children and adults.
• Marketing and promotional skills are beneficial.
