Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Barber / Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in various cutting and grooming techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. Knowledge of color and chemicals is a plua. We are a hybrid barbershop / salon experience .

Duties:

- Provide grooming services including haircuts with scissor work and clipper work, beard trims, and mustache grooming and shaves for barbers.

- Demonstrate proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and chemicals for stylists

- Offer grooming advice and recommend appropriate products for home care

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the work environment

- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized services creating incredible customer experience.

- Utilize excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction

- Mentor junior barbers and stylists and provide guidance on techniques and trends

- Upsell grooming products and services to enhance the client experience

- Manage front desk duties as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Barber with expertise in barbering techniques

- Strong knowledge of color theory a plus, hair styling, and retail sales

- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $59,079.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
