Scrubs Boutique and More is Hiring a Store Supervisor Near Bloomington, IN

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor. We are medical uniform company that sells scrubs sets such as pants, tops, labcoats, stethoscopes, and different accesories for Nurses, Doctors or any other Medical Professional. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for helping others.

Please remember this is a FULL Position, with fully availability to work on Weekends and day during the week. You are expected to do from opening to close the store. Please make sure you have this availability before applying. Also known that you will be responsable to manging your own team members, which consist in 1 or 2 Sales Associates that will help to accomplish the store ours.

The Store Supervisor reports to the General Manager and the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving sales, managing store operations in a safe and profitable manner, is customer focused, and fostering a positive work environment.

Team Management

· Serves customers by providing merchandise and supervising staff. Ensure exceptional customer service standards that must be always maintained.

· Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.

· Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees to deliver outstanding customer service.

· Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to support staff development. (Implementing Corrective Actions and following up with development of the team members)

· Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Inventory Management:

· Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer.

Demand by communicating constantly with Supply Area or Management to ensure to have the merchandise available in store.

· Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and loss. (Count pieces and make sure that are in good condition)

Operational Excellence:

· Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

· Ensure that the Store is always open on time, close on time , never closes for breaks.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure.

· Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

· Identify opportunities for growth and communicate those with management

· Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

· Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

· Achieve sales targets

· Identify, Process and stablish good and log term relation ships with the customer of office or health care facilities to guarantee a good sales process. (KAP Program)

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the apparel.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software. (POS)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Functions:

· Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift

· Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday (i.e., assisting in stocking/maintaining inventory levels)

· Ability to occasionally climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials, and/or place or remove sign
