Customer Service Rep
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$16.50 - $19.00/hr (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, organized, takes initiative to learn, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn and grow with our company! Candidates who are comfortable and/or experienced working independently in a smaller office encouraged to apply! Training onsite.

Responsibilities:

• The Customer Service Rep will support the day-to-day responsibilities in the office.
• Respond to customer calls/emails, book appointments, coordinate work schedules for technicians, and maintain the master calendar.
• Update customer databases, invoices, and files.
• Print and mail flyers for community advertisement campaigns.
• Use of QuickBooks Online.
• File paperwork/mail.
• May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
