We are a multi-specialty (general and perio) dental practice office in Mira Mesa looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator/Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be working in a gorgeous new office with doctors and team members dedicated to providing world class patient experience and treatment.

General Description:
Schedule new appointments and maintain treatment schedule. Advise and educate patients on recommended treatment plans. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, the benefits of treatment, insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements, and coordination of future appointments. Ability to understand and explain insurance benefits break down. Familiarity with DENTRIX is preferred.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Thursday, every other Friday, 1 Saturday a month

Experience:

• Customer Service: 5 years (Preferred)
• Computer Skills: 5 years (Preferred)
• Dental office experience: 5 years (Required)
