This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period). Mostly Monday Friday 7 : 30am 4 : 00pm, must be available on weekends, evenings and occasionally take call.

Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista provides a variety of medical and surgical services, including inpatient and outpatient care.

Our departments are hands on and collaborate with each other.

As Supervisor, Imaging Services you will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of staff to provide clinical care within a single business unit.

You will ensure imaging staff reflects established standards per regulatory requirements of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety.

Under the general direction of the Patient Care Manager, you will share leadership responsibilities for the imaging department, including managing daily staffing plans, and adherence to care processes for patient flow to ensure the best patient experience.

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department / specialty
• Must remain in original Job Title
• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Position Pay Range : $61.02-$90.52 / hour

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, Scripps Health posts the pay range for all jobs. Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range.

Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.

Required Qualifications :

• 3 years’ experience in imaging services with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• ARRT / CRT or ARDMS / CCI or RN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2 years leadership experience within imaging services
• EPIC working experience
• CT and or Xray experience.
