Job Summary:
ScribeDoc is seeking immediately several professionals with DOD/federal experience who will serve as the Project Analyst Lead and Project Analysts for our DOD client at the National Capital. They will lead in the areas of program management, enrollment, communication outreach, education, logistics coordination, procurement of equipment and continuous process improvement with the goal of meeting the needs of the program, its end users and increasing workplace satisfaction. Our DOD customer is based in Alexandria/Arlington, VA.

Manadatory- US Citizenship required.

LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at the CONUS/OCONUS - Arlington/Alexandria, VA

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Project Analyst Lead will provide comprehensive analytical and technical support services including program management, strategic planning, project management, operations management and support for the DOD program office, implementing technology improvement to support program objectives. The candidate will be responsible for the management, oversight and operation support through a wide range of program initiatives, business services and quality of work-life programs, developing project plans, conduct reviews and analysis,accomplish periodic status reports, and provide support services. The individuals proposed to serve in this position shall be the overall project lead and be responsible for the overall management of the program, technical staff; conduct analysis of overall projects and programs; accomplish periodic status reports; deliverables, and prepare program reviews.

Project Analyst The individuals proposed to serve in this position shall be responsible for program implementation , daily operations, logistics, liasion, management, program review, SharePoint Portal update and maintenance, educate employees and visitors, timely deliverables, supply chain management, logistics management and program support

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements/Certifications:

Project Analyst Lead shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Analyst Lead; with demonstrated experience in government/DOD contracts, shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, instrumental in project and task management; program reviews, logistics metrics and governance planning and coordination. Expertise in project planning, scope management, and execution. The individual with a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean six sigma is preferred .

Project Analyst shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules that will be provided.

Preferred Qualification/Requirements:

  • Certification in Project Management Plan (PMP) Certification Preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Ability to obtain a agency clearance /Be able to obtain a Public Trust .
  • Required US Citizenship
  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • 3 years of Project Management of daily onsite operations, policy development, and the implementation and coordination of federal programs.
  • Demonstration of progressive leadership responsibilities
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Workdays - will work a standard 40 hours work week.
  • TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Tableau, Publisher, & Adobe)
