Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, stories, and ads.
• Capture and edit photos to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Communicate with customers to gather user-generated content and testimonials for use in marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers in a timely manner.
• Content management across various digital platforms ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and image.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Manage leads generated through various marketing channels and optimize lead nurturing processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations.
