Screenmobile of Charlotte is seeking a positive and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This position is right for you if you have experience in accounts receivable for a service or construction business. See detailed description below:
This position can be part time as the workload is typically around 30 hours a week. Schedule can be discussed during interview but typical hours are 9am-3pm 5 days a week or similar.
Specific Responsibilities:

• Take in word orders from the previous day, log in our system, and send out invoices
• Track and stay on top of all payments due to our company and follow up accordingly
• Identify POs from builders and process correctly
• Follow process in our CRM to ensure material is ordered when deposits are received
• Must be able to navigate our CRM software, QBs, and other systems
• Utilize operating system for scheduling, invoicing and processing payments
• Communicate with customers clearly and effectively
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

• Previous office experience especially in A/R or A/P
• Professional appearance
• Proficiency to navigate CRM software
• Team player who can work independently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Problem solving skills/have common sense
