What You’ll Do
The Information Management Coordinator (Deposit Desk) prepare checks for deposit.

Responsible for all daily deposits including trust routing, re-route to trust and payroll claims deposited to trust, accomplished through heavy data input
Relay mail date deposit information to Estates team for deposit prevention
Pull checks moved to payment pending to performers with an updated address.
Organize all returned residual payments and group by mail date
Re-route checks to the trust account for the Estates Dept.
Batch miscellaneous checks received from claims filed from the contracts department
Other duties as assigned

Demonstrate effective skills in the use of PC applications
10-key by touch
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG-AFTRA’s sole discretion
Must be courteous, organized and able to multi-task
Ability to communicate effectively through letters, email, phone calls and reports as required
Knowledge of Oracle a plus
Operation of standard office equipment
Knowledge and ability to create standard professional correspondence
Ability to work independently as well as part of part of a team
Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner are necessary
Capable of taking direction from more than one supervisor
Some college preferred
Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG-AFTRA’s sole discretion
Must be available and willing to work extended hours (and/or overtime for applicable non- exempt positions) per day or per week, including weekends and holidays, as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs
Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Able to use PC applications
Must be able to accurately type 35 WPM
Detail oriented
Able to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines
Able to work under pressure
Superlative interpersonal skills: high degree of patience and tact. Must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds both internally and externally
Have an understanding and awareness of worker rights impacting SAG-AFTRA members
Hold yourself and others accountable for a high level of performance and integrity.
Must be able to work in a challenging environment where constructive feedback from others is encouraged

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Testing Requirements:
Basic skills: spelling, math, grammar and filing – passing score: 76%
Microsoft Word and Excel tests (basic and intermediate) – passing score: 76%
10-Key test (by touch) – passing score 76%
Typing test 35 WPM
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
