We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your assigned shift. You will be hands on with cooking exceptional meals consistently.

```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift
- Cooking....Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food handling procedures are followed
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, catering, and take-out services
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficiency in using POS systems for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
