How this position fits at Scrapbook.com: Full-time, M-F, In-House
As the E-commerce Marketing Designer, you will work on-site, full time, at our headquarters in Gilbert, Arizona. The mission of the Scrapbook.com E-commerce Marketing Designer is to execute the design of digital and marketing graphics (including emails, print materials, website features, events and ads).
Outcomes:
- Will work closely with the E-commerce Marketing Manager for art direction and strategy to ensure Growth department priorities are being executed.
- Will design graphics for email marketing that are accurate, beautiful, effective, customer-centric, and fit the papercrafting market and Scrapbook.com demographic.
- Will maintain the scheduling of digital content (including, but not limited to, emails, SMS messages, and onsite features) while ensuring accuracy and a frictionless customer experience.
- Will create designs and advertising materials for website, social, paid media, product merchandising, print advertisements, and other high-priority marketing efforts.
- Will participate in various meetings to coordinate with, and design for, cross-functional team members/other managers on other initiatives.
- Will peer-edit outgoing emails, products, promotional deals, articles, videos, and other marketing.
- Will take on other jobs as assigned.

You Meet the Following Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a degree in Graphic Design and/or Marketing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of design experience in an office environment
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- A passion for paper crafting preferred.
