- Inventory/ Systems Management
- Filing inventory products according to what is needed by the sites within the system
- Maintaining Sharepoint website focusing on:
- Certificates of Insurance, supplier account information
- Uploading of SDS sheets into systems
- Project Management- includes the following.
- data cleansing
- data analysis based on cleansed data.
- research both online and within company systems
- Supplier Relations
- Assisting suppliers with requests
- Interacting with suppliers to get necessary documents for account creation based on account specifications needed.
- Filling out credit applications
- Occasionally working with the Accounts Payable department if assistance is required.
- General tasks
- Assist others around the office and at other sites on various tasks.
- Strong data and analysis
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong Sharepoint skills
