Scranton counseling Center, the area's largest fully integrated behavioral health provider has opportunities available for Case Manager in Family Home Based.

Family Home based Services are primarily designed to provide intensive individual and family therapy and crisis stabilization for children who are at risk of out of home placement. Services are delivered in the home and community.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required
- 1 year in a CASSP system required
- Knowledge of child welfare systems and regulations
- Familiarity with behavioral health services and resources
- Strong crisis management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
