Scramblers Cleveland is finally expanding and opening our 6th store in Northeast Ohio. We are looking for a motivated management candidate to come aboard and learn our systems in order to be ready when our new store opens.

Are you tired of working long shifts and late nights?

We’ve got the job for you! Our hours of operation are from 6:30-3:00 every day, which leaves a maximum shift of 9 hours/day, and we try and guarantee two consecutive days off a week. Yes that means we only expect a 40-45 hour week from our general managers. We have a strong family oriented belief in our restaurants and that includes a good work/life ratio for all of our staff.

We believe that the best fit for our restaurants is a manager who is willing and able to lead the business from the back of house. This means that you will do a fair amount of cooking as well as prepping for the restaurant. Though we don’t want our managers to be stuck on the line we believe that is where our managers have the best control of the fast pace of our restaurants. If you aren’t a strong cook or are scared to work in the kitchen this is not the job for you.

Though cooking ability plays a huge part in our management team, we also find that it is very beneficial for our managers to have a good grasp of numbers and food costs. We have greats systems in place for counting our inventory and keeping track of food cost to ensure that we are staying in line with corporate food averages. We also keep track of our labor costs on a weekly basis and base our success on the overall average of our corporate stores.

Once your training is finished and you are promoted into your own store you will become eligible for our very generous bonus program. And yes, our managers almost always earn their bonuses! We don’t believe in unattainable bonuses so we make sure that everyone has a very fair shot at meeting their goals.
