About the Role: Pinch A Penny is the nation’s largest swimming pool retail, service, and repair franchise. We strive to bring people together through pools and the backyard with fun, friendly, and humble messaging. Our team is looking for a Marketing Analyst to aid in these efforts. The Marketing Analyst will provide actionable insights regarding marketing efforts for the Pinch A Penny business. This includes performance insights on promotional activities, effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and a/b testing across the business. Analyst will proactively come to the table with suggestions for testing, media mix recommendations and new reporting formats. The Analyst will partner with the executional teams to plan and forecast budgets and promotional plans. Analyst will also support planning Pinch A Penny’s display, TV, and OLV media buys in conjunction with our buying agency. Additional responsibilities include budget tracking and mgmt. across various teams as well as product performance analysis.
