Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervise preventive andcorrective maintenance activities of equipment machinery andfacilities.
- Diagnose and resolve technicalproblems related to the maintenance of equipment andmachinery.
- Manage the inventory of spare partsand materials necessary formaintenance.
- Coordinate with external suppliersand contractors for specializedservices.
- Ensure compliance with safetystandards and environmental regulations in maintenanceoperations.
Requirements :
- Technical knowledge in mechanics electricityelectronics hydraulics pneumatics etc.
- Minimumof 2 years of experience in similar activities in the MetalRecycling or Shredder industries.
- Ability tomaximize the availability and efficiency of equipment andmachinery.
- Proficiency in minimizing downtimedue to technical problems or equipmentfailures.
- Capacity to ensure maintenance of asafe work environment and comply with environmental regulations(OSHA).
- Strong leadership skills to lead andmotivate a team of technicians and maintenancepersonnel.
- Ability to effectively manageresources and maintenance budgets.
- Knowledge ofsafety standards and environmental regulations(OSHA).
