Scout Security:We are looking to hire Security Professionals. We want hard working, motivated individuals with flexibility. Our security guards play a very important role in providing safety and security for our clients, employees, and visitors of the facilities they monitor. We are searching for individuals with high attention to detail, and vigilance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential security vulnerabilities and report any safety hazards.
• Control access to the premises by verifying identification and authorizing entry for authorized personnel.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents, accidents, or policy violations and document findings in incident reports.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports outlining observations, activities, and incidents that occur during each shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a Security Guard is required.
• Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong observational and surveillance skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure in emergency scenarios.
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
