Scotty's Contracting and Stone, LLC is a subsidiary of Houchens Industries and participates in an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). The Employee Stock Ownership Plan provides employees with a retirement through profit sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High emphasis on safety
• Must be a self-starter
• Ability to operate a back dump and other related equipment
• Perform daily pre and post-inspection with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies
• Operate equipment with a high degree of competency, skill, and proficiency
• Properly follow all company and MSHA regulations for a safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a dedication to safe work practices
• Mechanical aptitude and ability
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and early hours when needed
• Must be able to work outside and underground in all weather conditions
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to pass MVR Check.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in quarry environment preferred
