Scottsdale Pediatric Behavioral Services is a pediatric behavioral health company providing diagnostic assessment, ABA therapy, school readiness, and speech therapy support to children between the ages of 2-10 years old. We are a pediatric behavioral health and learning company whose primary purpose is to bring behavioral science into the lives of as many people as possible. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individual ABA programming for multiple cases, supervising a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), parent trainings, and group supervision.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will track data to identify where programming and behavioral changes can be made, and monitor instruction to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Have detailed experience in one of the following areas: parent training, social skills instruction, data collection and analysis, computer coding, digital course curriculum development, and/or organizational behavior management
• Provide an excellent customer service experience and form very close relationships with patients families and employees
• Have a passion for serving special needs children between the ages of 2-22
• Will engage in continuous professional development activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
