Job Summary:

*THIS IS NOT ONLY A CASHIER POSITION! *

While you will need to cash people out, you will also have to preform other tasks such as preparing produce, restocking and moving products, and much more. You will have to be able to lift about 50lbs. This job will require you to be standing for at least 4 hours during your shift and to constantly be busy as there are always things to do! Standing around is not part of this job. We are looking for adults with flexible schedules, pay begins at minimum wage. Part time approximately 20hr per week.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly ask for assistance if needed.

- Customer service
- Sales techniques
- Strong organizational skills
- Multilingual abilities (nice-to-have)
- Proficiency in Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Excellent communication skills
- Cash handling experience preferred

-plant and floral experience/knowledge (usefully but not necessarily, be ready to learn!)
