Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs and preferences. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring their vision to life. Duties: - Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline - Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval - Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using CAD software - Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design concept - Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of design elements -e- Provide excellent customer service throughout the design process Skills: - Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices - Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and creating detailed drawings - Familiarity with Sketchup, and other 3D modeling software - Ability to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders - Sales skills to promote design services and secure new clients - Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards - Experience with AutoCAD is a plus If you are a creative individual with a passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
