 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Greet customers promptly 
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by customer 
• Make recommendations based on time, mileage and history of the vehicle
• Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Generate service repair orders
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
• Motivate Service Technicians
• Verify invoices reconcile with the work performed
• Explain all completed work and charges to customer 
• Close out customer invoices
• We will fully train you - experience with any of the above responsibilities is not required!!
