What You’ll Do: 

• Process car deals into accounting systems.
• Oversee funding of bank contracts and dealer reserves.
• Analyze accounts, general journal entry and schedule reconciliation.
• Receive and process paperwork from Body Shop and post accordingly.
• Support and assist with Accounts Payable processes.
• Filing, scanning documents as needed.
• Work under pressure in a fast paced, high-volume atmosphere.
• Ability to multitask.
• Microsoft excel, word and outlook experience required.
• Perform various other accounting responsibilities and business requirements as assigned.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Automotive Dealership Accounting Experience is Required
• DealerTrack DMS experience is preferred.
• Excellent work ethic
• High integrity
• Willingness to learn and take ownership.
