The opportunity has arisen for the role of **Shift Supervisor** within our Manufacturing Business.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will oversee the pallet manufacturing process to ensure smooth running and optimised output. To supervise and direct the personnel responsible for every stage of production to ensure manufacture of high quality and cost effective pallets.

Your duties will include but not limited to, ensuring productivity against plan is achieved while maintaining quality and excellent health and safety standards. The successful individual shall effectively drive a well organised working environment, to ensure output is maximised allowing for on time deliveries whilst meeting customers high expectations. You will encourage and maintain strong relationships within your team and stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

As an experienced Shift Supervisor you will have vast experience in leading and mentoring a team whilst leading by example. You should be flexible in your approach within this fast paced environment with a proven track record of driving productivity and planning whilst being mindful of ever changing demands. Excellent attention to detail and competency in decision making and problem solving is key to success.
