AR/AP Specialist

Summary: Seeking a highly motivated AR/AP professional. This position will be responsible for proper invoicing, cash application, and collections, as well as AP invoice posting and vendor dispute resolution. This position will be a liaison for our business partners and management to assure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role will work cross functionally to resolve issues in billing, purchase orders, shipping, and receiving.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post cash from all sources including checks, ACH, credit cards, and wires.
• Collect on past due accounts
• Investigate and root cause customer deductions
• Investigate and root cause vendor invoice mismatches
• Account reconciliation and closing duties monthly
• Drive improvement cross functionally to support accuracy.
