**Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

- Schedule property tours for potential tenants

- Process lease applications and renewals

- Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements and contracts

- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants

- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines

**Skills:**

- Customer service

- Conflict management

- Property leasing

- Data entry

- Phone etiquette

- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

- Familiarity with Section 8 guidelines

- Real estate administrative experience

- Understanding of contracts in property management
