All About Appliances is looking for a dedicated and forward-thinking individual to become part of the hard-working appliance repair team as an appliance repair technician. The appliance repair technician will be responsible for scheduling, quoting, and executing appliance repairs as well as part ordering and billing. The appliance repair technician will be given a full set of tools and a company van with work-related gas compensation included. Benefits negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments
• Diagnose appliance repair issue(s)
• Quote repair(s) and any necessary part(s) to order
• Repair appliance(s)
• Order any necessary parts for appliance(s)
• Collect payment and track billing and expenses
• Conduct follow-up calls for customer feedback

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an appliance repair technician preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good time management skills
• Knowledge of brands including, but not limited to Amana, Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE, Haier, Kenmore, Kitchen-aid, LG, Maytag, Roper, Samsung, Speed Queen, Tappan, and Whirlpool preferred
• Prior experience handling billing and transactions preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
