Our plaintiff’s personal injury firm Scott Baron & Associates P.C. is seeking to hire up to two Attorney’s within our Westchester or Queens locations. For almost 30 years, our firm has primarily focused on helping clients who have suffered a serious physical, emotional, or mental harm as a result of MVA, Premise, Construction accident, etc. and believe that another party may be responsible for that injury.
Attorney's Responsibilities:
All major aspects of a personal injury practice, including but not limited to:
Pleadings, discovery, motions, court conferences, depositions, trial prep.
Attorney Qualifications:
Admittance to the New York State Bar
Excellent writing skills
Trial experience, Federal Court admission and notary a plus but not mandatory!
